We offer free shipping Australia-wide to minimise costs and allow your pooches to get their new apparel as efficiently as possible. If you are wanting expedited shipping, please get in touch and we can organize something.

 

International shipping will depend on your order weight as each parcel may have an individual cost.

If you require another size, please get in touch and we will provide the return address. The shipping cost of returns will be covered by the customer.

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund and/or exchange.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
