Yes. If the product is in its original unused condition then you can return it within 30 days of arrival. Please send us an email and let us know about the incorrect sizing and we will happily exchange it for a better suited size. Do try and measure your dogs neck / and or chest accurately so we can minimize emissions from transport?

Yes! The natural hemp fabric making up the collars, harnesses and leashes are great for heavy outdoor use and then an easy clean up. Simply hand wash your collars, harnesses and leash with soap and lukewarm water. Do not be afraid to soak them for a little bit to get rid of stubborn date.

Head on over to our size guide page and check what size would fit your dog best. The collars and harnesses are both very adjustable so can adjust to your puppy as they grow. When in doubt, feel free to send us a message to ensure proper sizing. For comparison, our Cattle Dogs fit into a Medium well and just on a Large on the tightest setting. To ensure the longest lifecycle of our products, please wash them by hand in lukewarm water with soap.

For this reason, we work with carefully selected partners to attempt to ensure safe practices, fair pay and minimal environmental impact from production to delivery. Our products are transported with no plastic packaging and our made from natural materials. Our collars, harnesses and leashes are created with hemp that is not only high quality but good for our planet.

Snootsea is an Australian company with a mission and vision created here in Queensland. Our products are sourced from overseas from pet manufacturing companies that have sustainability certifications in China. Unfortunately, to be able to provide reasonable prices we had to begin with overseas production of our products that we love and stand behind.

On our mission to provide eco friendly and durable pet products, we found that hemp was the miracle solution. Hemp is naturally antimicrobial, has a high UV resistance and it also has a 3x tensile strength of cotton. This makes it a perfect material for dogs who love adventure. Hemp may originally feel a little rough at first, but it does soften over time. Hemp is a drought resistant crop that thrives in a large variety of soil and climate types making it easy to grow with minimal water, pesticides and land. Since it is known as 'weed' colloquially, it grows densely with up to 500,000 plants per acre. Its proximity to other hemp plants and broad leaves blocking sunlight naturally chokes out other plants. Hemp produces 250% more fibre than cotton and 600% more fibre than flax per acre. Hemp's deep tap roots penetrate deep into the soil to pick up water and nutrients making it a great plant to decrease erosion and aerate the soil. This makes it a perfect rotation crop for farmers who may want to grow other plants. Hemp also sequesters a large amount of carbon dioxide through photosynthesis. As it can trap 1.63 tons of CO2 per ton of harvested hemp.
