• Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide to minimise costs and allow your pooches to get their new apparel as efficiently as possible. If you are wanting expedited shipping, please get in touch and we can organize something.

International shipping will depend on your order weight as each parcel may have an individual cost.

Personalized embroidery available for phone numbers or names on the harness and/or collar. $7 per emroidery and can be purchased additionally.
